Karnataka bonus act 1965 and rules 1975?

There is nothing called Karnataka Bonus Act 1965. It is Payment of Bonus Act 1965 ( Central Act). There may be any Bonus rule for Karnataka. I have no idea.

Bonus should be paid as per PB Act , 1965 considering Available surplus, allocable surplus, Set On & Set Off.

I would request to read the PB Act once to understand about the law.

Dear SNK

Rules exist as Karnataka Bonus rules as per the act of PBA.
While PBA being Central Act, respective state people have to follow their state rules while complying, submitting return etc.
