Dismissal From SERVICES - An employee of mine has received a mail from his DAC team

Elizabarcey
An employee of mine has received a mail from his DAC team.

" After due application of mind and in light of the above observations, we consider your conduct unbecoming of an official of the Bank and your irregular act - in violation of staff rules. The Bank has thus lost trust and confidence in you. Your conduct in the face of evidences standing out against you is considered very serious in nature and such major violation of the Code of Conduct warrants the highest level of penalty. The Disciplinary Committee of the Bank has imposed on you the penalty of “Dismissal from the services of the Bank” as provided for in Section ‘XII’ subsection ‘a’ of the Code of Conduct & Ethics.
Your suspension is hereby revoked. The period of your suspension will be treated as such, and you will not be eligible for full pay and allowances during your period of suspension."

What does this mean? That employee was already on resignation?

Whether he'll get reliving?
