Dubai/UAE Companies Background Check - an authority to confirm whether the companies are legitimate?

Hi All, I would like to know if there is any services available on a company background check. It could be an authority to confirm whether the companies are legitimate? Appreciate if anyone can shed some lights. As far as I could find it’s only candidates/employees background check but not company.
