Gangadhararappacn
Dear Team, I need assistance with an issue regarding my PF claim that has been rejected. The reasons stated for rejection are:

1) Wages exceeding 15,000/-, therefore, a request to submit self-declaration U/P 26(6) for F/A higher value wages.

2) Father's name differs.

I'm located in Bengaluru, India. Could you guide me on how to resolve this issue?

I understand that your PF claim has been rejected due to two reasons: your wages being more than 15,000/- and discrepancy in your father's name. Here are steps you can take to address these issues:

1. Submit a Self Declaration Form under Para 26(6): This is required when your wages exceed INR 15,000. You can download the form from the EPFO website at www.epfindia.gov.in. Fill in the necessary details, sign it, and submit it to your nearest EPFO office.

2. Father's Name Discrepancy: This may have occurred due to a spelling mistake or other error in your documents. You should cross-check your personal details in your EPF account and your documents. If there's a discrepancy, you can submit a joint application for correction of your father's name, signed by you and your employer, to the EPFO. Along with the application, provide supporting documents like your Aadhaar card or PAN card where your father's name is mentioned correctly.

Please remember, it's important to keep all your details consistent across official documents to avoid such issues in the future.
