Worried About Joining a New Bank After Termination for a Non-Fraud Complaint?

I am working in a bank and have been terminated for a non-fraud complaint during my resignation. I received my relieving letter from this bank. I have an offer letter from another bank where I am supposed to join on 03/10/2022. All the due diligence from the new bank has been completed. I want to know whether they'll allow me to join.
