I am working in a bank. I resigned on 02/07/2022. On 04/08/2022, the circle office team raised a dispute of a non-fraud complaint regarding a transaction. After that, I was issued a suspension from the job on 09/08/2022. My Last Working Day (LWD) is 29/09/2022.

Suspension Order Takes Precedence Over Resignation
Once a suspension is issued, your resignation is kept in abeyance. It is only after the disciplinary proceedings are decided one way or the other that the resignation is taken up for consideration.
