Should I eligible for gratuty if I have completed 5 years in the company during notice period?

Hi,

I have resigned in my current company on 27-Jul-2022 and I am serving notice period. My joining date in current company is 01-Sep-2017 and I have completed my 5 years in the company on 01-Sep-2022 and my last working day is 21-Oct-2022.

Am I eligible for gratuty?
