Struggling to Correct Employee Name Errors on ESIC Portal? Let's Find a Solution Together

Dear Sir/Madam, Can someone tell me how I can change the names of a few employees working in our organization, as there is a mistake in their spelling that needs to be corrected? I have tried to do this after logging in to the ESIC website, but only the name field is disabled for editing. Please help if possible and provide me with a solution.

You have to submit a request letter to change the name on the company letterhead to the ESIC office with the updated details of the IP. According to the letter, the name will be changed.
