Main Project selection - whether in Hr or Systems - MBA in Hr & systems

I am currently pursuing MBA in Hr & systems and I am facing confusion on doing my main project whether in Hr or Systems. Any suggestions regarding the problem based on your experience can help me. Kindly guide me on this i.e. which one is more preferable according to the scope of organizations whether to do the main project on Hr or on systems.

Discuss this with your tutor/professor and then weigh up their advice on what direction you should take. They are the ones who are going to assess your work, so they are best placed to advise you, not us.

While both have importance, you can consider Hr because of the demand, vast scope it offers ie from Recruitment to retirement !
