Weekly Off: Paid or Not?
I am receiving a 26-day payment every month, but I have never received payment for the 4 Sundays from the contractor or the establishment where I am working. They also do not reply.

Are you being paid based on the notified minimum wages for your state? If so, the payment for weekly holidays is included. Indeed, the minimum wage for the month is decided first of all, and the daily wage rate is computed by dividing the monthly rate by 26. Hope this clarifies.

3. Piece Rated: This is not applicable to you.

Please review your appointment letter once again (if issued by your employer) and check whether there is any mention of additional payment for Sundays and/or weekly offs. There you will find the answer to your question.
