If an employee has completed 58 years of age but his service in UAN is less than 10 years, can he claim the pension contribution completely, or should he claim it monthly? If so, why?

Hi, Pension at 58 Years The member is eligible for the benefits of a pension after his/her retirement, that is, after reaching 58 years of age. However, for this, they should have compulsorily made an active pension contribution in EPF for at least 10 years before their retirement to avail the pension benefits. Therefore, he can claim the pension contribution fully.

Dear Lakshminarayanan sir, Thank you. But while I am trying to apply online for a claim, only form 10D is available for the claim. What should we do in this case to completely claim pension contributions? He actually worked for 2 years and 1 month only.
