TCS BGV - absconded from Capgemini in 2018 as a fresher after working for 3 months

I had absconded from capgemini in 2018 as a fresher after working for 3 months and put me in an unrelated project and there was a bond. After that, i pursued MBA and worked with another MNC for a year. Im about to join TCS and im worried about the BGV as my Capgemini experience in showing. Can anyone kindly guide here?
Im also looking for options if i can apologize to the company and pay and get relieved now.

Same here, how you resolved this issue? Did you able to get job in any MNC. I have heard all MNC are now looking into UAN for service history.
