Worried About TCS Background Check After Leaving Capgemini? Seeking Advice and Options

deepika1
I had absconded from Capgemini in 2018 as a fresher after working for 3 months. They placed me in an unrelated project, and there was a bond. After that, I pursued an MBA and worked with another MNC for a year. I'm about to join TCS, and I'm worried about the Background Verification (BGV) as my Capgemini experience is showing. Can anyone kindly guide me here? I'm also looking for options if I can apologize to the company, pay, and get relieved now.

Same here, how did you resolve this issue? Were you able to get a job in any MNC? I have heard that all MNCs are now looking into UAN for service history.
