Employee Exit in August or September: Can They Cash Out Paid Leave During Final Settlement?

If any employee has left in the month of August or September, should they avail their paid leave in cash for that year during the full and final settlement?

Paid leave earned pro rata for the months/days worked, along with the accumulated balance, should be allowed to be encashed by the employee who is leaving the company.

Hi, at the time of an employee's exit, any outstanding PL (eligible until their relieving date only) should be encashed and added to their full and final settlement.
