Can an Administrative Manager Transition to HR Manager? Exploring Key Responsibilities

Dear Members, Can anyone suggest to me what the key job responsibilities are performed by an HR Manager? Does an Administrative Manager become an HR Manager?

Hi, An Administrative Manager may become an HR Manager just by virtue of designation. However, as the functions of an HR Manager are different from those of an Administrative Manager, it would be tough to perform as an HR Manager. One should have good exposure to various HR functions, which can't be gained in a short time frame.
