Hi everyone, Our CEO wishes to understand the Roles and responsibilities resource-wise and also wants to understand the daily utilization report of all resources during our weekly reviews.
Apart from this if one is involved in multiple projects, he wants them to add this also. We created a format of Time Sheet but unfortunately, we are not able to get the update on the same – Is there a way we can incorporate this in our weekly reviews and understand which project is taking up most of our time so as to understand that what cost are we billing internally & externally.
