Resource Utilisation - Is there a way we can incorporate this in our weekly reviews?

Hi everyone, Our CEO wishes to understand the Roles and responsibilities resource-wise and also wants to understand the daily utilization report of all resources during our weekly reviews.

Apart from this if one is involved in multiple projects, he wants them to add this also. We created a format of Time Sheet but unfortunately, we are not able to get the update on the same – Is there a way we can incorporate this in our weekly reviews and understand which project is taking up most of our time so as to understand that what cost are we billing internally & externally.

Please suggest.

Why exactly are you not able to get update on it?
What software are you using for time management and resource management?

While your query is clear, I doubt if anyone will be able to give an answer without studying your systems or without you giving more details of what you have actually done and how you expected it will work. Even thereafter, it may be something that should be done by a consultant.
