Hi all, I got a job with a good package. I worked for one complete month. Later in the second month, due to my health issues, I resigned. The doctor suggested taking complete rest due to piles. I informed the manager and HR, but they did not accept my request for leave, so I resigned from my position. They asked me to serve the notice period, but I explained that I was unable to do so. They agreed but asked me to pay the notice amount. After that, they relieved me from my position, but I haven't paid the amount even after one month.
