Company refuse the FnF settlement - forced the employee to resign by giving various hypothetical reasons

nirali-chheda
The company has forced the employee to resign by giving various hypothetical reasons - The employee resigned, he mentioned all the points in the resignation letter about the points Company pointed out.
Now for FnF the company refuses to settle the dues and is asking the employee to change the resignation letter in order to preserve their good image. It's been more than 40 days since the resignation period. Can anyone please advise what can the employee do?

Hi,

Why the company forced employee to resign?. Are you the victim or on behalf of the victim or from employer side. If you are the affected employee what is your designation/what is your role with your ex-employer. It all counts.

Either way I suggest the employee to resolve the issue amicably with his ex-employer by submitting normal resignation. In future in case of BGV you can't expect your ex-employer to will provide positive feedback if the relieving is not proper.

You have other options like approaching the issue legally but it will be time consuming.
