TCS BGC Doubt - "is there any case either civil or criminal is registered in your name"

I got OL from TCS, I’m filling BGC form, I have to choose “YES” or “No” in the column stating if is there any case either civil or criminal is registered in your name.
A civil case is going on my name. So please guide me: What should I fill? If I fill yes will the company terminate me ?? What if I fill No then Will BGC fail?

In the background verification form don't give false information. If you are caught at any stage in your career for suppressing of information or for submission of false information, then the only possible action is the termination of service.
Pl. disclose full details on the matter pending against you in court to advise properly.
