I received an OL from TCS. I'm currently filling out the BGC form where I need to select either "YES" or "No" in the column asking if there are any civil or criminal cases registered in my name. There is an ongoing civil case under my name. Could you please advise me on what to fill out? If I choose 'Yes,' will the company terminate my employment? And if I select 'No,' will the BGC process fail?
