Resigning from a Private Organization: What Final Benefits Should You Expect?

Hi all, Please share what the final benefits applicable for staff are upon resignation in a private organization. MOST URGENT.

Hi, The question is not very clear. After how many years of service is the candidate leaving the organization?

In general, resigned and relieved employees (after the proper notice period) are eligible for:

- Salary payable up to the last working day
- LTA payment until their last working day (if LTA is part of the salary structure)
- Leave encashment subject to PL or EL leave balance in their account
- Gratuity payment if applicable
