HELP IN PREPARING RECRUITMENT POLICY & KPI for RECRUITERS FOR A MANUFACTURING COMPANY AND TO SCALE THE RECRUITMENT DEPT

Hello Community,

I have joined a Company as Manager - Talent Acquisition and would seek advise from members to help me prepare a Recruitment Policy for Manufacturing Company, along with Recruiters KPI and also plans how to scale up the Recruitment Dept.

Would appreciate if some one can share a Recruitment Policy and some Recruitment Department Plan Templates for reference.
