Joining formalities - How to do joining forms digitalised, for new joiners?

Can anyone suggest me regarding this?

The best way is to find a good HRMS software and use that.
There are lots of posts on the forum about HRMS, search and check which one suites you.

You can create an excel sheet for it if you want, only for the joining formalities. also you include the basics like his/her post, DOJ, DOR, Roles and responsibilities, Salary offer and appointment letter. and for that i think google docs help you. also you can search for the samples for the same.
