Hi amazing people, please help with a situation I'm confused about. Many years ago, I joined orgA on a consultancy payroll. In 2 months, they asked me to resign, and they would give me an opportunity to work in orgB since the process moved to orgB. In orgB, I worked for 3 months, and I resigned but didn't serve notice, and they paid me an excess one month's salary. They asked me to repay for the relieving letter. I paid one part and couldn't pay the rest, so I didn't receive the relieving letter.
Now, orgA is offering a full-time position. Since there are employees in orgA who know about this situation even now, this could be a problem later after joining. Even if I clarify this now, they might not offer. Do you think I should still explain this situation to orgA or should I move on? Will it pose any issues in any way?
