How Do I Calculate Insurance Premiums for Employee Compensation Based on Wage Slabs?

Dear Colleague, I am trying to get insurance premium calculations for coverage of employees under the Employees' Compensation Act for the following wage slabs:

- Wages Rs. 18,000/- for 218 employees
- Wages Rs. 16,000/- for 218 employees
- Wages Rs. 30,000/- for 30 employees
- Wages Rs. 45,000/- for 15 employees

Please provide me with the calculations.
