Can Indian Remote Workers Legally Challenge a Dubai Employer Without Traveling to the UAE?

Kindly let me know, can Indian employees, retainers, contract staff, and freelancers working remotely in India for a Dubai-based group file a legal case against the Dubai-based employer in India without traveling to the UAE, Dubai? Can they file a complaint in higher courts of India and/or the labor court/labor commissioner office in India?

The jurisdiction of the courts in India is defined. Anybody outside such geographical limits is beyond the jurisdiction and cannot be made a party. In case there is any Indian office or authorized agent, a case can lie against them.
