Immediate Termination Without Notice: What Compensation Should Be Expected?

Dear Sir/Madam, Have a good day! What would be the compensation applicable if company management terminates an employee immediately without giving notice and reason? Please advise.

The notice period salary, the salary of the month, proportionate incentive, leave salary, pro-rata bonus, etc., can be claimed in such cases.
