Hi, I am with an IT company in the healthcare domain. We do not have any physical setup in India; all employees are working remotely. Can you please help with an employee engagement activity? We are a group of 23 people.

If the 23 employees are working from a single office, then you have group engagement activities you can work with. If all 23 are working from home and are geographically dispersed, you can have online meetings with family participation as well. Play games or have contests and competitions so that they can win rewards and also bond with each other. If you have the budget, then invest in an online platform for doing this on a monthly basis.
