contact employer, they are the only authorised entity to make compliance

Contact your employer and as them to arrange to do the necessary corrections in PF records, if DOJ is actually wrong.

hi friends,
issue on my PF closure is, i have three months break in service and PF contribution has not been paid, I claimed my closure in PF office , the application has been rejected and from PF Office they asked a explanation letter from the Institution for the break up. how should i handle this?

The employer has to fill the NCP days Non Contributory Period Then it stands justified

Please download PF passbook new and check the contribution history.
July is the wage month, so your contribution month is Aug, so there is no issue.
If possible visit PF office with new PF passbook, meet PRO along with claim rejection screenshot printout.

Submit form 5/10 & Submit Joint Declaration Form By the Member and The Employer Problem Resoled.
