Hi, my organization is in discussion with a facility management organization to take care of our payroll management system. I am asked to write a contract/agreement that will be signed between both the parties and would include points like - Fees, Scope of Service, Term & Termination, Confidentiality and general provision. Can anybody kindly share any format that they have related to this?
