PLEASE HELP THE SITUATION

one insured person wages wrongly uploaded in esic portal for the period of apr 21 to sep 21 . Now it will any possibulity of updated conributions in their wages. insured person is not avaling super speciality benifit for family. It is very emegency for their family.

Normally correction of previous RCs is not possible through online portal. But if there is an inspection note and base don which you have to remit amounts as omitted wages, the same would be possible. Therefore, it is better to contact your local/ branch office and take their advice. The wrong upload should be due to negligence or oversight on the part of the employer. Right? Then you should also be willing to pay interest and damages for delayed payment.
