Hi Can anybody help me out on what specific compliance under various labour laws/Rules (Rajasthan) be ensured by contractor employing more than 800 manpower in rajasthan location.
And also the Payment of Bonus Act 1965 and The Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 for Fixed Term Contract/Employment on pro-rata basis.
