Navigating ESIC Returns: What to Do When No Employees Qualify for Contributions?

Hello, respected Members, thanks to CiteHR for providing such an excellent platform. Thank you so much to all Members. Please guide me on ESIC returns. If no employee falls under the ESIC contribution criteria, what should we do for return filing? Last month, we had one employee contribution, and he left. Please guide for upcoming months' compliance until the joining of the eligible employee.
