ESIC Monthly Return - if no employee falls in esic contribution criteria then what should we do for return filing?

Please guide in ESIC return, if no employee falls in esic contribution criteria then what we should do for return filing.
last month we have one employee contribution and he left so guide for upcoming months compliances until the joining of the eligible employee.

You can file nil return in ESIC
