Courses into HR Domain - confused about which course is better to learn

Hi, I have 5 yrs of experience in HR recruitment and Operations. I have studied B.com and I did an Executive MBA at UBI institute. I am planning to do some courses to excel my skills and look for better opportunities in good companies. I see there are some courses like SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, Salesforce, Data Analytics, React Node Appian Workday. I am confused about which course is better to learn. Kindly suggest and show me the right path so that I can upgrade my skills and apply for better opportunities.
