Struggling to Get My Resignation Accepted: How Can I Resolve This Standoff with HR?

Hi Sir, I need your help. I have been jobless for the last 45 days because I resigned from my company without serving the notice period. I only gave one day's notice to the company. After my resignation, no one asked me to extend my notice period. My salary was 30,000 Rs per month, and I have been offered a chance to earn 60,000 Rs per month, so I am willing to bear the monetary loss.

Seeking Confirmation of Last Working Day

For the past 45 days, I have been trying to get an acceptance or confirmation of my last working day, but every time they ask me for the PNCC. After submitting all the documents, I have not received any communication from the company. I wrote an email to the most senior person in the company, the Vice President, but until now, there has been no solution from their side. When I emailed the company owner for the first time, the Vice President said that I had wronged the company. Now, HR will respond to you and set an example for others. I replied with apologies at that time.

You made a decision on your own to leave the company without any notice period intimation, which no company or management can accept. Now, writing to the Vice President or Owner apologizing for your actions will not bear any fruit.
