All employees hereby strictly advised to plan their leaves well in advance, where ever possible and should get it approved in the leave card well before the commencement of the leave.

The above one is a general circular. There is no mention of nature of industry you belong which would help the Members to provide you the right details. also the above circular is based on assumption that your employees are availing leave with last minute information.
