True. This kind of behaviour of HR Managers is the reason for employees forming trade Union. Once it is formed then they start criticizing saying that this is the only why investments are not coming to the state/ india etc. They do not accept that why a collective bargaining machinery is resorted to. The situation of people with supervisory and managerial role is even worse because if they question the this negative attitude of the employer, they will be blacklisted and that will build a hurdle on their career path. Owing to this, nobody escalates the issue but just forgets it.
