Hello, I want to know if the labor law applies to aviation employees or employees working under the Airports Authority of India. If yes, are there any clauses regarding overtime allowances? And if no, then which labor law is applicable to us? Please help.

All labor laws apply to employees working under the Airport Authority of India as they apply to any other organization. There is no exemption given to AAI or the aviation industry.
