Struggling with ESIC Registration: Can't Access Link 12(b) for Employer Details?

Dear Sir, I am unable to open the link 12(b) to provide the name, father's name, age, and address of the principal employer under Fact/Estt Details in FORM01 for ESI registration, even though the pop-up is enabled on my system. Could you please guide me on whether there is any issue with this? Thank you.
