Yes I have worked on Skip Level Meeting.
Basically it is the meeting organized by the TOP Management i.e. CEO / Vice President with the lower level employees without their superiors. In that meeting CEO need to give confidence to the employees about their safety, security and company's future prospects.
Once the confidence is build then employees can speak freely with TOP Management and raise their concerns / requirements then CEO can take that topic ahead with the concerned HOD for improvement.
