After completing 10 years and 5 months in PF I want to withdraw both the amount. How can I do this?

Please note that Pension contribution cannot be withdrawn after 9.6 years continuous contribution. You will receive as pension after obtaining 58 years or can opt for reduced pension after attaining 50 years but the pension value is reduced to a rate of 4% per year until you reach the age of 58 years.

can he file form 10C with break in service days up to two years to get the pension amount.

If you have worked for more than one company, apply for a scheme certificate from PF authorities and preserve the same. Once you have attained 58 years of age, you can submit these scheme certificates with PF. Please note that you have to be a member of PF for a minimum period of ten years to become eligible to receive penison.

You can also apply for pension after 52 years of age, but the pension amount will be lesser.
