Minimum wages - If one project runs under central government and we work at state?

If one project runs under the central government and we work at state in that condition which minimum wages are applicable for pay

You have to check the Appropriate Government for your establishment.

As per your statement it appears that wages of Central Government may be applicable.

Pl. check the Áppropriate Government as per the Minimum Wages Act 1948. Central Government would be the appropriate government only in very few cases like in relation to any scheduled employment carried on by or under the authority of the Central Government, or a railway administration, or in relation to a mine, oilfield or major port, or any corporation established by a Central Act and in all other cases it is the State Government;
