Minimum wages - If one project runs under central government and we work at state?

If one project falls under the jurisdiction of the central government, and we are working at the state level, which minimum wages are applicable for payment?

Please check the appropriate Government as per the Minimum Wages Act 1948. The Central Government would be the appropriate government only in very few cases, such as in relation to any scheduled employment carried on by or under the authority of the Central Government, a railway administration, or in relation to a mine, oilfield, or major port, or any corporation established by a Central Act. In all other cases, it is the State Government.
