You can proceed with disciplinary action.
Kindly also note that at the time of collecting documents during recruitment & selection process,
always insist for such documentary evidence, which shall substantiate his/her declaration in the Employment Application form. For address & ID proof, you can demand, copy of Aadhar card, OR
copy of Passport, OR copy of Driving Licence OR copy of Voters ID card, and ensure self-attestation on the copies.
