I have a question: Assuming you are recruiting for a complex role-and it’s proving difficult to build a pipeline of candidates that fit the hiring manager’s ideal profile. You are to meet with the hiring manager to discuss shortlisted profiles today, but do not have any stand-out candidates to present. How would you approach that meeting?
