I signed a bond amount of 9 lakhs for 3 years bond with original certificates but after 3 months I just want to quit how to get my certificate from the company?
I think the poster has raised the same question in two threads. Moreover, it seems that he is not bothered about paying the bond amount of Rs 9 lakh for his breach of the bond condition. So, if he pays the bond amount, his relieving would be peaceful.
1. NEVER part with your original certificates. Always only give legally certified colour photocopies.
2. NEVER sign a contract without
a. reading it thoroughly
b. understanding every clause of it
c. understanding the implications it will have on you and your future if you try to break the contract.
