Do Both Companies Need Separate POSH Committees in a Shared Office Space?

POSH Committee Requirement for Shared Office Space

Company ABC Pvt. Ltd. and XYZ Pvt. Ltd. share the same registered office, with 50% of the area belonging to ABC and 50% to XYZ. Although both companies are entirely different, ABC Pvt. Ltd. has already formed a POSH Committee. Now, does XYZ Pvt. Ltd. also need to establish a committee and comply with all the respective compliances?

As the employers are different, a separate POSH Committee must be formed mandatorily in each establishment.
