Would like to add that as per my knowledge, one of biggest hospitals run by Govt in Delhi ,is outsourcing staff and .I can share details of manpower agency one to one
There are plenty of organisations who outsource core activities. They are doing it out of the way and are not bothered about the law enforcing authorities so long as there is no dispute. We should recall the unfortunate things happened in maruti factory a few years back.
