Dear Colleagues, Please help me out to have the Training Feedback Questionnaire in HINDI.
The same has to be filled by workers after completion of any training to get the feedback.

There is no standard training feedback form.

The form has to be designed to ask questions relevant to the training course being delivered.

Design your form with the questions that need to be answered, and have someone translate it into to Hindi for you.
