Pf transfer rejected - "Wrong eps deductions made by the employer. Clarification required whether eps/non-eps member"

Hello, I had withdrawn my company C PF. After that i requested to transfer my PF from company B to C .
The first time it got rejected stating the claim was rejected. For which I raised a ticket in epfo and explained that i have not withdrawn company B PF and I'm requesting for its transfer. I submitted the transfer again and now it's rejected stating

1)Wrong eps deductions made by the employer. Clarification required whether eps/non-eps member.
2) claim already settled

What do I need to do now?

If you withdrew your PF already, the account would be closed. So how are you planning to transfer your PF balance from B to C?
