first time ever posting on the forum so please be gentle - But I really need your help
I have been asked to put in place a bonus scheme for managers and directors and would be really keen to understand what others have done in this area or if anyone would be able to share any related documents in return I would offer any several policy documents in my 300 people policy suite as I appreciate this is a big ask - just finished an 18 page Menopause in the workplace policy which may be helpful to your people (email me if you want it)
if anyone would be prepared to share their guidance document on bonuses for this grade level or point me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful as this is an area I can find very little on and my email address is lee.williams@techsolgroup.co.uk
