ESIC CONTRIBUTION PAY IN PARTIALLY NOTIFIED AREA.

Dear team,
I'm doing Associate - Compliance in my company, I need a clarity on ESIC contribution pay, Our factory is located at Poothurai Village, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram District, Tamilnadu. When i checked in the portal, the district is under partaily notified district and the ESIC dispensary is located in Taluk. Do I want to deduct the ESIC contribution or not from the worker's salary?
Otherwise, I move ahead with workers compensation or group medical insurance(only worker).
Could you please give me a clarity on this.

Since it is partial coverage, you need to deduct and pay the ESIC charges, but they are less than normal.
The amount is provided in the ESIC portal

Basically, they are providing the coverage of insurance but the medical facilities are not yet established in the district. for serious illness, they will be able to contact the nearest ESIC hospital or claim reimbursement
