my company is a auto ancillary company can we take contractor for job work or labour supplier for our in house manufacturing work can we allow him to work in factory premises
You need to check up if is a prohibited activity as per CLRA Act 1971. If it is not prohibited by the State Govt. then you can go ahead and award it as a contract. It is better to avoid labour supply contract, instead give it as a works contract with defined outcomes.
